If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All parts must be present and undamaged.
If you are canceling your order/installation after the product has been delivered, you will be charged as follows:
1. Cost of deliveries to you, currently £30.00 per mover.
2. Booking in charge of £60.00 ie time lost for our installer if less than 48 hours notice.
These charges will be taken off your refund.
All decisions are at the discretion of Motor Movers Direct.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection of the returned item.
If your return is approved, we will then initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if organised by Motor Movers Direct.
